Today, President Donald Trump is set to attend the final day of the match play President’s Cup golf tournament at Medinah Country Club in Illinois.
The final round consists of all 12 players on the United States and International teams competing in singles matches.
As honorary chair of the President’s Cup, last month President Trump accepted PGA Commissioner Brian Rolapp’s invitation to attend, stating, “This will be a particularly exciting event. Both teams are ‘loaded’ with Talent. I look forward to being there, and greeting all of these fantastic athletes, on both teams!”
Presidents Biden, Obama, and Clinton also served in the honorary chair position when the event was held in the U.S.
